UNEMI Spreads Its Leadership In Project Quality Assurance EENTITLE

The leadership of the Milagro State University (UNEMI) in the Quality Assurance of the EENTITLE Project is key to guaranteeing excellence in all phases of the project, from planning to evaluation of results. This role, assumed as part of Work Package 8 (WP8), was widely communicated on May 15, 2024 through institutional media, such as the website and the Academic Management System (SGA), with the aim of informing the university community and society about the progress made.

The purpose of WP8 is to ensure transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in each activity of the project. Among the most noteworthy actions carried out by UNEMI are the following:

– Creation of the Quality Assurance Plan: A detailed guide that establishes the evaluation criteria, risk management and supervision mechanisms for each stage of the project.

– Risk Management: Identification and mitigation of possible deviations in performance, ensuring that the project maintains its objectives and deadlines.

– Evaluation of Results: Implementation of a system of constant monitoring through quality indicators, with internal and external reviews.

– Establishment of a Quality Committee: Composed of national and international experts, this committee ensures compliance with established standards and promotes excellence in every action undertaken.

The dissemination carried out by UNEMI reached more than 65,000 students active in the SGA, generating a significant impact on the academic community. In addition, this action reaffirms the institution’s commitment to educational excellence and its leadership in international cooperation projects.
